Indy, no one could ever accuse you of being progressive. If Trump is defeated then the removal of his appointed cronies and relatives from the position that allow them to line their pockets as they have been doing for the past 4 years, seems reasonable.

I saw on TV yesterday a reporter said there are 3 reasons Trump is a high risk with having caught the WuFlu: His age (74), males have a higher risk, and he is overweight.

There a 2 other factors that put him in the high risk category that no one has mentioned: He has high blood pressure and is diabetic.

All those factors together puts him in the very high rick category.

I also saw a news item too where Prof. Joe Siracusa said he wouldn't be surprised if China invaded Taiwan or did something in the South China Sea or Iran did something etc while Trump is out of the picture and unable to take action due to ill health.

Mr O,

Watching the sick dude from his "hospital", not in a white cotton gown with his arse in full view as he pushes his intravenous bottles down the corridor filled with his favourite cocktail mix of wonder drugs such as Pine-O-Clean. Nah! he was behind a desk. So say some, its a put up job to get the sympathy vote. I would not put it past The Donald to sink to that kind of low level.

Dear Joshephus,

Oh FFS mate really?

"The behind the scenes agenda by the Democrats is to overthrow the American Constitution and put in place a Socialist Constitution removing freedoms of the people."

Just stop already. Where are you getting these talking points from?

Do you believe universal health care, something even Biden won't go full bore for, is horribly socialist, undesirable, and removing freedoms from people? Do you believe we should get rid of Medicare in Australia because of how dreadfully socialist it is?

Your buy in to this crap is almost as bad as runner's. You are an Australian I believe, well start acting like one.

Nobody here has the slightest idea who will win the American presidency. The result will be decided by Americans, not by Australian ideologues who never miss a chance to express their hatred for anything not loopy left.

The US is so sprawling and varied that detecting any kind of mood there from as far away as Australia is impossible, according to one commentator who usually attends all presidential campaigns but cannot be there for this one, thanks to the China virus.

All you self-appointed pundits should remember the last election that Donald Trump was never going to win; and our own most recent election where the ALP was going to romp in on the very "important" issue of climate change.
