Having introduced the forum to Friendly Jordies a little while ago I admitted he was a guilty pleasure of mine. Well if you have been reading the news, especially in NSW, you will have seen he excelled himself in his brilliant takedown of the State's National's leader who has now gone on 'stress leave'.

If you haven't seen it then I advise watching it to the end. Loved it.

However the corruption FJ uncovered seemed to be ignored by the MSM and the focus has been on his methods. The bloke is a comedian. Crude and crass is part of the territory but apparently unforgivable in the eyes of many.

I like his style and if it cuts through to Gen Y then I am all for it.

I can only wonder just what sort of mentality could find that sort of self indulgent rubbish even watchable, let alone interesting.

Hasbeen,

Never heard of it, but if SR likes it, I'm sure I would not.

Best thing I’ve seen in “yonks”.

I’m all for satire, especially satire with large doses of evidence behind it.
But I hope your not performing a partisan role by posting this.

Should I remind you just in case, there is a major trial underway in NSW designed to round up a Labor criminal enterprise, with the leading role played by another “ethnic Australian” Eddie Obeid and his vast company of crooks.

If It’s not who is Australian the question, surely it must be asked, why so many ethnic criminals make their way into leading positions of power only to exercise their low life corrupt ethnic tendencies?

And here is another kick in the guts for honesty, another Question: “IF” Those corrupt political class (from all sides), are rolled, who but the high end legal eagles in town (Howard and his connected mates) in the business of not only clearing paths for corruption for their mates, but also ensuring the rare investigation of political crimes are stung out for the maximum greedy benefit of time for themselves to profit from the crimes.

A crime in itself one might argue!

Bullet proof vest anyone?

I support your approach with this angle SR, but stay the course on non partisan, or all advantage is lost.

Phil,

You must admit it is an eyeopener.

I was unaware how high Don Barilano had risen.

"Godafather, please ......... I need a favour."
"Dont'a worry Signore Opinionini, I will make him an other he cannot refuse."
"Thank you Godafather, grazie!"
"But Signore Opinionini, dont'a forget ....... a time will come when I willa wanta something for you to do."
"Si Don Barilano ..... Si!"

Makes me think of Tony Abbott's proposal to sell Australian citizenship the the Chinese for $25,000 so that we could all get rich. I suppose that was his contribution to the Asianization of Australia.

Mr Opinion

*... how high Don Barilano had risen...*

So rotten (high) he can’t be seen through the swarm of blow flies.

If a moron at the level of Barilano rises so effortlessly to the political scum level, makes you wonder who is behind him.
