Because they're in very, very extremely small numbers. That's why I stated that their mentality for responsibility & care towards others is no longer a trait here.
I was fortunate enough to still experience the tail end of such Australians before that Goaf ruined it all for all by letting the then young & the non-contributing off the hook of responsibility & care in Australia.
