Education while in prison
Three years second offense, again no discounts, all time to be served
ICE confiscate all property and cash if found guilty first offense
Mandatory five years for every dealer
Public paid reward in cash, say a thousand dollars, for information leading to a conviction
From property and cash taken 80 percent go to paying costs of imprisonment 20 percent in to better policing fund

We have a police force to deal with home invaders, as we do with all crime, not vigilantes, or old farts with guns, no a police force.
