First off, I'm not an ex-policeman, although I've worked closely with them on occasion and hold them in high esteem generally, (there have been exceptions!).

Some of the US issues are land borders, too much illegal immigration, not enough health and community services, etc.

hi is mise, you said more people in australia have guns. i dont know people with guns. are you saying people on the street have guns hidden on them? i hope this is not true, because people would shoot others when they have an argument or are drunk. people can get very upset over just a little thing and then one word leads to another, and they could shoot someone when angry, like in domestic violence.
do you think that man steve dickson will get voted in? i dont like him, he speaks like crazy talk, he said he was going to hold a gun to the governments head, he could be very dangerous doing that in the parliament, because they do argue a lot.he was very angry they took his guns off him, he wants them back. if he was in parliament could he take guns in there?
