thank you belly for the welcome, i will try to be fair with any comments i make. the older man's name was steve dickson, i looked it up. he is very extreme with his gun talk, he was angry that the government took his guns off him, and he wanted them back. why did they want $20m from the americans? i think pauline hanson will get a lot of votes from people who think like steve dickson, but those who are concerned about guns, but were going to vote one nation will change their vote, because of what they seen on tv.
is mise we have to be concerned about the criminals having guns, but i dont want to see anyone killed by people with automatic guns like has happened in christchurch and before in tasmania. the mass killings happen in america all the time, why is that, they have so many guns but the mass killings continue, their laws must be wrong.

The Americans have many more problems than we do, and the crime rate is going down in the US, just as it is here.
Both Australia and the US are getting more guns into civilian hands, which proves that the more guns there are the less crime.

People in Australia are a bit nervous though, look at the debacle in Melbourne when half the city rail network was shut down because someone thought that they saw a person with a gun in a bag, turns out it was a didgeridoo.

Is Mise- Why do you think that the US has more issues than we do. I think it relates to the conflict of different cultures mainly between Afro-Americans and Whites. I'd be interested in hearing your perspective being an ex-cop- but I don't expect it to be the same as mine.
