The sequence as I understand it was;
Bibi drank out of a cup the moslems had for drinking.

The women called the police and complained of her blasphemy so they
arrested and charged her.
Moslems consider infidels, that is you and me, to be impure and is why
they refuse to shake hands with us.

Perhaps what you say might be true for extremists
but certainly not for the ones I know and count as
friends who not only give me hugs but kisses as well.
We really shouldn't use sweeping generalisations
about groups of people. There are individual differences
in each group - including our own.
