Is Mise, for how long have you had a "thing" about Hispanic and Black people in America. Not to mention the suicide losers. Your deep and meaningful chats on a Sunday, are they with far right nutters and KKK members?
You made reference to Hispanic, Black and suicide victims in America. When I asked what the significance of the references were, you call my questions inane. You must see it as significant otherwise why bother referring to your "stats" in the first place. I think you don't want to answer, as it may paint you as racists etc. I hope I am wrong, but it is hard to draw any other conclusion. Posted by Paul1405, Saturday, 3 December 2016 8:35:52 PM

That answers my question perfectly, thanks Is Mise.
It also tells me you have no clue as to how networking actually works. And by networking, I don't mean the intertoobs. Posted by Bugsy, Saturday, 3 December 2016 11:07:35 PM

WWCPD (what would Captain Planet do?)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGegECwSiGY I reckon he'd Skype. The Power is Yours! We can only hope that one day, St. Dave of Airbus sees the light and realises that looting and polluting is not the way. Posted by Toni Lavis, Sunday, 4 December 2016 7:52:59 AM

Bugsy,
You're perfectly right, I don't have a clue on the subject but none the less there are means of communication that are secure and available to Government that overcome the need for personal contact. Does one suppose that overytime the Chief of the Defence Forces wishes to confer with an opo in the US that he hops on a jet and flies over for a face to face? My lack of knowledge no way mitigates the wasting of taxpayers' money by the likes of Sandalplank for a holiday jaunt, he could get all the info he needs on Google. Skype is essentially a telephone call with video. In order to talk to someone, you already have to know their number and have them accept your call. That is, you need to know them somehow.
You won't get to talk to people who you don't know, but probably should. Telecommunications are all well and good for collaborations and communications with particular people, but they aren't the same as face to face meetings or conferences. A lot more can be achieved in shorter time frames if different groups of people with similar interests are in proximity. All this talk about telecommunications being the be all and end all if you want 'do research' (especially for those you don't like!) is complete BS. I wonder why Malcolm even bothers to attend APEC meetings, if all he had to do wa Skype in his pyjamas. You lot are unbelievable. Posted by Bugsy, Sunday, 4 December 2016 10:36:06 AM

Sorry to have misunderstood your question, I met them on various firearm related sites and we all gravitated to the one site, where we have a chat on a Sunday.
There is no reason that politicians cannot talk much the same way, especially with the resources that the various Governments have at their disposal.
Paul,
You can answer your inane questions yourself and twist the answers any way you wish; as you can't quote accurately and your English usage is getting worse, who knows what you might come up with.
