I think the problem here is someone thinks the murdoch limited news press is believable, trustworthy, unbiased. Poor deluded soul.

Winning or losing is the name of the game in an election
year. Therefore it should not be surprising that in an election year the focus on issues like asylum seekers, and playing the "scare card" with other issues like union affiliations will benefit the Coalition. After all "stopping the boats" was one of the Coalition's big successes. Australia's hard-line on immigration is unlikely to change any time soon. Every vote counts in what promises to be a close election. What Mr Turnbull and Mr Shorten say next could well be the difference between winning or losing. Here's a link on what other countries do about asylum seekers: http://www.smh.com.au/national/asylum-seekers-what-other-countries-do-20120813-244fs.html Posted by Foxy, Sunday, 19 June 2016 6:41:28 PM

mikk, the Murdoch gutter press hold an 'editorial meeting' daily to see what dirt they have on the Labor opposition. During election time several of their rubbish writers, please don't call them journalists, are assigned the sole task of creating anti Labor propaganda. This is simply another beat up with the purpose of playing the fear card and spooking any of the readership, like Douggie and Donna Dunger, that might be wavering with their vote.
'The Courier Mail' is a must read for any self respecting Queensland knuckle dragger, just see the opening post. We in NSW are not left out, Murdoch caters for the neanderthals south of the boarder as well, we call it 'The Daily Telecrap', same rubbish different masthead. Is Mise, I did mention to you I think, a couple of months back that we had our niece from NZ staying with us, my partners sisters daughter. Took a few weeks to find her a suitable flat near her work, with rents in Sydney the way they are, $320 plus uts about $40/month, to share a 2 bedroom unit, Niece met up with another Kiwi girl her age who advertised for a flat mate on line, and things are working out well for her, in a sunny modern unit in Turnbull territory. Pay wise, working in a little bigger practice here, her pay is double what she was getting in New Zealand, the same story for her boyfriend, although they will not be living together, she is very religious (Mormon) he has a married brother and his family in Sydney, so he'll be ok one of the extras call it family reunion. Only wants to stay a couple of years, save some money, then she thinks she/they will move to Canada or England to see what its like over there. Economic migrants, John Key the NZ PM complained to Abbott about the skill loss across the Tasman, well NZ needs to pay better. Very sharp these NZ refo's, know how to get the tax number, Medicare, get Aussie phone plan (a must), join a gym near home, even got an Opal card for the bus and train, now wants Aussie driving licence, has a NZ licence, why I asked.
English lessons are coming along fine, although I told niece don't say SIX while your in Australia! Posted by Paul1405, Monday, 20 June 2016 6:14:51 AM

Dear Shadow Minister,
Here's a link that is more current: http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-28189688 I stated in my previous post that each of the leaders of the major parties and the media that supports them shall focus on whatever issues they feel will benefit them be it asylum seekers or medicare. It may be of interest to watch "Q and A" tomight with Mr Turnbull as the guest. Posted by Foxy, Monday, 20 June 2016 11:45:05 AM
