Newton and Truong were being targeted because
they were pedophiles - living together and part of
a pedophile ring. This is not uncommon for pedophiles.

There is a big difference between homosexuality and
pedophilia. Homosexuality involves two consenting
adults. No one is hurt.

Pedophilia involves an adult (or rather a predator) who
is not capable of an adult sexual relationship. He/she
has a sexual attraction to a child. A child who can't
legally perform any sexual acts. A child who can't
make his/her decisions yet. And a child who can easily
be taken advantage of and manipulated. A child who gets
their innocence taken away.

Homosexuality should not be confused with pedophilia.

Not ever trying to defend such as those two.
And in fact unable to hide a link with SOME homosexuals.
But any one would know not even near all homosexuals are pedophiles.
I rather dislike shifting away from the true nature of what the Royal Commission is investigating.
Child abuse by institutions.
Now in truth sharp and hard offensive to many,the Catholic Church seems to attract Homosexuals to its midst.
We how ever would be blind not to see other groups being investigated bring pedophiles to them such as Scouts and YMCA.
