The Court of Disputed Returns has access costs of over $10,000 and the required need to have SC to argue to points in question. It is beyond to average citizen to access.
As far as the AEC is concerned they are a bunch of overpaid, arrogant and in many cases ignorant pseudo public servants who only have their inflated hourly rate in focus.
When I was Ted Mack's campaign manager (federal) we challenged Labor multi voting and the Commissioner of the day said "what do you want me to do? Hold another election. That would cost 52 million dollars"
My reply was yes, democracy is worth more that 52 millio0n dollars.
We did not get another election and the multi votes were counted as legitimate. Labor won.
