Here's the story of Prime Minister John Howard and his commutes between work and "home".

Unfortunately home was in Sydney and work was in Canberra...so it took lots of jet trips to take him to and fro (being the PM and all that)

Howard was using the plane to commute between his home town and Canberra, which at the time he was entitled to. Juliar was not entitled to use the jet for private purposes, She has yet to repay this.
