Sorry if I offended you plant3.1, you obviously have strong views on the subject, as I do. My statement was a little harsh I admit, but I like you am wishing for a bright future for all. I'm just not sure our leaders have the same wishes.

If my post seems a little off track it is because these issues must be studied hollistically, one effects the next and is in turn being effected by another. There is a bigger picture.

BTW, in Australia we say arseholes, not that silly American assholes.....Ludwig, you are so right:) arse-holes, there.. all better.
Its this spirited vocalisms that are spoken by the people for the people, and I think some of you have forgotten we elect these men and women to work with-in the collective for our country and all of its members.

"Sorry if I offended you plant3.1, you obviously have strong views on the subject, as I do".YES..and offensive not at all, basically....if the people don't tell it as it is, people are more likely to get a lot less. The nurses union is a perfect example and many others. Politicians rely on feed back from the people in order to produce the best production out-comes for the whole.

And for "Why the cash splash?

In the bigger picture, the whole economic system needs it in order to survive.(any good politician know, if the wealth is spread evenly, the cash thats spent, gets to areas were its not normally spent)(hence ...there are all kinds of people in the world) That money will send the shoppers back through the doors in droves, and you know what they say, money makes the world go round, and it does.

And when overseas tourists see Australian children with holes in their shoes etc, what do you think they say about it when the got home? if every-one's happy, clean, and well educated, it reflects back on us.

On the subject of foreign aid, that should be cut back again! Look after your people at home first, then help the off shore.

phooey....thank for your honesty, and thats always a winner.

Ludwig, Sunday is watering time for me:) and by the way, if you were sacked after 20 years, what would say in your moment of discussed?

Have a wonderful morning people, Iam off for a fishing expedition.

and thank-you.

This has nothing to do with sending a little cash where it's needed, rather, its to do with the way labor has to tell lies about their actions, this time calling it an education boost.

They are doing the same wiht the proposed super increse, saying it's tied to the MRRT, when in fact, employers are the one who will be footing the bill.

They simply can't tell the truth, and that is why even after their cash splash, they are still as popular as a dropped pie.

Nobody trusts them, a major problem of their own doing.

All I am asking, is why the lies?

Just like Campbell Newman and the car rego increases he said would never increase....lies all around seem to be catching. Rehctub, you may want to test your own loyalties:)

In this day and age, the one with truth will live to see another day or as yoda would say "a very short future you will have.

Phooey...."Nice to see we are all getting along, despite feeling naturally alienated at our own particular circumstances we are all want the same thing. Cheers.

Interesting choice of words:)
