Boazy's hilarious when he's full swing, isn't he?
<< Actually.. have you ever lied? have you ever portrayed things in such a way as to help your case a teensy weensy bit ? ever.. ever ? >> Boazy, just because you and Glenn Beck habitually tell porkies doesn't mean the rest of us do. << I sense there will be a huge purge of communists from the American political scene in the not too distant future. >> While I have no doubt you'd like to see a good witch hunt, there's about as many communists as witches in "the American political scene" these days. Have you ever read or seen 'The Crucible' ? << Given that kind of outrageous and obscene abuse of political power.. one would not be surprised if there was a rather strong and possibly violent reaction...of the JFK, RFK kind. Let's hope such vile unconscionable provocation is never perpetrated by Obama on the American people. >> What's "outrageous and obscene" is the execrable drivel that you've posted here. Fortunately, it's so far over the top that it's funny, as outrageous and obscene humour can be :D Posted by CJ Morgan, Tuesday, 29 June 2010 7:11:01 PM

Found on the web:
Beck went to Fox News - more money and lower journalistic expectations - making it a win-win for Beck but a lose-lose for people who like information. In his 2007 Washington Post profile of Beck, David Segal wrote: "Listen to a few of Beck's shows and what strikes you most is the enormous ratio of words to substance..." It seems Beck can talk up a storm - but leaves nothing behind except very strong blabber. Here's a few Beck quotes: 1) "I'm thinking of killing Michael Moore, and I'm wondering if I could kill him myself, or if I would need to hire somebody to do it." (2005). 2) "When I see a 9/11 victim family on television, or whatever, I'm just like, "Oh shut up" I'm so sick of them because they're always complaining." (2005). 3) "Let me tell you something the only (Katrina victims) we're seeing on TV are the scumbags." (2005). 4) "Let me tell you something; there ain't (nothing) better than looking at a hot, naked chick!" (2006). Beck's fans often refer themselves as, "sick twisted freaks," thereby embracing an irony that is non-existant. Posted by Foxy, Tuesday, 29 June 2010 7:54:12 PM

Dear AGIR,
You may consider truth to be a 'minor detail', I do not. Don't think I'm going after Beck because I'm not, he is what he is and as I said earlier I did feel a little sorry for him on the View because they were judging him on the standard of an investigative reporter but he was quick to concede he was instead a commentator. He is a consummate entertainer with timing that a comedian would kill for. He can hit the right note and put the right tremor in his voice, the kind one would hear in some of the oldstyle with Baptist preachers. The 9.12 project show was Beck at his best. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-60QOF62GVw View from the 6 minute mark if you are in a hurry. Wow. You just have to shake your head in admiration. Pushed every button he could that would play to middle America. I would put him on a par with Sacha Baron Cohen, one very talented guy. But AGIR I am a little lost as to why you seem so enamoured with Beck when you are I presume and Aussie. In the above clip he berates himself for acting like a 'Friggin' tele-evangelist' and perhaps this answers why. Perhaps you could explain the attraction. Now just in case you need reminding about Beck's 9.12 project there are 9 principles of which the third one, after 'America Is Good.' and 'I believe in God and He is the Center of my Life.', was 'I must always try to be a more honest person than I was yesterday.' And on top of the list of his 12 values is 'Honesty'. http://www.the912project.com/the-912-2/ I'm not directing this at Beck because he couldn't do his job if he was that bothered with honesty but rather I'm aiming it at you. Did Glenn Beck just 'mischaracterize' about what occurred on that train or did he lie ? Remember what Glenn has told you about honesty. Dear Foxy, My favourite is “Remember, beneath every cynic there lies a romantic, and probably an injured one.” OMG Posted by csteele, Wednesday, 30 June 2010 1:39:02 AM

Dear CSteele,
Thanks for that - I loved it! I've got some favourite quotes as well, the one that might be appropriate here is: "Emotional baggage must fit in overhead compartment!" :-) Posted by Foxy, Wednesday, 30 June 2010 10:17:31 AM

csteele... fair question "Why am I enamoured with him" :)
Never mistake enthusiastic support for some kind of "OH I've suddenly found the truth" religious devotion. Beck, as you admit is very entertaining, but you seem to have missed a bit here.. while he has made some rather extravagant claims and muffed it a few times.. I would not expect more of anyone.. even CJ who seems to think he is aloof from error :) errr what was it that Pharisee said? "OH..Lord...I THANK you that I (CJ) am not like that dirty tax collector over therreeeeeeee" we all know how Jesus evaluated that self righteous dweeb don't we :) Let me come back to 'substance'.... I did offer you some information provided initially by Beck.. (Gore/Gen Investments) but I found out his shareholding in Climate Exchange myself if not mistaken. The network he exposed between Strong..Gore...Zoy...Sandor...Apollo Alliance...Centre for American Progress...Soros...Media Matters...Brecht Forum...Obama.. Joyce foundation, Green Jobs...and too many more to include here.. has all been proven beyond the slightest doubt. For example. He tends to let 'them' do the talking IFFF...you watched the show enough to actually see it. Have you ? He is now on about Black Hero's...and how they have been expunged from American history by the socialist academics because they didn't fit the 'Black victimhood' narrative they Socialists need to advance their socialist agenda. Foxy... if you have FOXTEL... you might use it to actually VIEW a Beck show in full.. ur in Melbourne so it would be 7.00am-8.00am and 4.00pm to 5.00 pm (repeat) Foxy..you did not mention ONE single claim of Beck and then try to criticize it.. you only played the man. bad foxy..bad bad foxy :) Watching Beck is like catching up on 10 yrs of history study in 1 hour :) No..he isn't the 2nd coming .. but close to it haha. Personally..I verify or negate what he says. "You can too" Posted by ALGOREisRICH, Wednesday, 30 June 2010 11:22:02 AM

I LOVED this bit of yours CSTEEL...
"We all need to know when we are being told things that are patently untrue and to be able to identify charlatans."
Ooooooh how TRUE that is!
Let's take a recent and very important example.
SotoMayo.. while under scrutiny for the supreme court responded to the question: "Do you agree that the 2nd ammendment permits Americans to bear arms, as it clearly states" ? "YES" she said.....
BUT
They just had a case on that very issue come before the court...and guess what ? The literal meaning of the constitution 2nd ammendment was upheld.. by 5 for.. 4 against...GUESS WHO VOTED AGAINST ? ? ?
yes..IT WAS Sotomayo... she LIED.. she is a LIAR... she is a scumbag of the most horrific proportions..as she is now on the supreme court..for life!
If beck is a bit colorful it doesn't really matter.. we can take him or leave him..but SOTOMAYO ? nope...she is just under GOD in things USA. Her word...when supported by other scurrilous progressive Judges.. can mean life or death to people.
BENQ.. "Beck is just a showman" ? No..Beck IS definitely a showman and a good one at that..but "just" ? nope.. sorry to dissappoint you.
Like I said to CSTEEL.. please..watch his whole show for a week, then form an opinion.
