Taxes are optional, but Christians believe in tithing, and voluntarily giving a share of their wealth to the State, but of course when the State steals it, it is no longer an option. This Royal Authority derived from Almighty God goes all the way back to Genesis, 17:19, but when Jesus Christ came he made it a republic. He made God’s authority subject to people created in Gods Image, provided two or three gathered together in His Name. God’s covenant with Isaac, was replaced with our Covenent with Jesus Christ, and a republic was established. That is why Commonwealth means republic. It means that ultimate authority rests with the people of Almighty God. Not Almighty God ( the State) himself.

Taxes are an Atheist invention in godless republics. In a god fearing republic, of Christians, like we established in Australia, taxes did not exist per se. The Crown made an honest dollar buying gold at a fixed price, and selling it at a profit. It did not need anything except taxes and fines from sinners. Fines from sinners made up fifty percent of the revenue, murderers were hung, everyone else either became a slave, ( convict) or paid a royalty to the Crown, to stay out of jail. They could work it off and this was called a Ticket of Leave.

Lawyers had very little to sell under this system. After the Roman Catholics were readmitted to public life, about 1824, lawyers started to work out ways to screw taxes out of us. This little ditty shows how we are all again slaves, to lawyers, when we could be freemen

As with most things, the OP contains some truth and some inaccuracy - in the end that's really not relevant:

- the thing that is significant is that with rebates and offsets etc. it is indeed true that middle class Australia doesn't pay as much as that sort of list might suggest.

- the thing that is TERRIBLE is the fantastic cost involved in administering it all - ie. I would submit that in real terms we probably don't really pay much more in tax than we did in the 60's - but the government and administrative machine that drives it all most certainly costs A BUCKETLOAD MORE!

Taxation is a voluntary tithe or better but the Liberals made it painless more or less for workers with PAYG. We are members of an involuntary Church called the Commonwealth. We became members of this ecumenical Church by way of a referendum in 1899. They have the General Synod in Canberra at Parliament House in the Main Cathedral. The one with the praying hands over it.

Taxation is not optional for companies. These are artificial persons created by the Parliament so under its jurisdiction, and these should be bearing the greatest burden. Individuals created by Almighty God by the miracle of conception, made free by the miracles that Jesus Christ performed, including his resurrection, are not corporations as the government would have you made. The passage of the Holy Bible that abolished personal taxation is Matthew 17: 24-29. Make some profit and read your Bible.

Jury trial comes directly out of the New Testament. Judges ruled in the Old Testament, you the people of Almighty God rule in the New Testament. Every law made by the Parliament of the Commonwealth should be tested as is silver and gold for purity, by holding it up to scrutiny in a Supreme Court. The Supreme Court was the court of Almighty God the Supreme Being, and it used to be conducted by the Rules of the Holy Bible. That is Father God on the bench represented by a Justice in a Red Robe. Jesus Christ on his right side represented by a member of each of the 12 tribes of Israel, with the Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost present when two or more are gathered together in His name.

This is written into the Constitution, as S 51 Placitum xxxi, which places an obligation on the Commonwealth to provide “just terms” for the acquisition of all property. That includes your dollars in taxation. Death duties were legal. There is no obligation to deliver justice to a dead person.
