Students at Pittsburgh Uni were attacked with tear gas on their own campus.Many were just viewing proceedings.They were told to disburse as this was an illegal assembly.Who determines what is illegal?Does the USA Constitution article 21.3 now not allow freedom of assembly and the right to protest?

The Corporate media announces that there were no arrests made but students have video evidence to the contrary.
