Enemy paratroopers at Mt. Isa? Here's an interesting letter I received some years ago from a pentecostal christian lady pastor by the name of Sharon Moore.
She's been in Heaven with the Lord a few years now but I know she wont mind. She knew I was collecting visions and prophecies to help people know what was coming. What an incredible christian woman she was, so full with The Holy Spirit. A wonderful friend and counseller. "Dear G, Greetings in the precious name of Jesus. When we were living in Mt. Isa some twelve years ago my mother had a vision of enemy paratroopers landing just north of Mt. Isa. No one was expecting it to happen and when it did everyone was trying to get out but there was such a traffic jam. On waking mum felt The Lord spoke to her and said just these words "TWO BABY GIRLS". That very day two baby girls were born into the family, one was two weeks late and the other the day she was due. Mum felt this was a sign that one (event...the babies) came to pass and the other would also (the paratroopers). Some twenty five years ago I heard a prophecy saying that an enemy would invade Australia from the north and God would allow them to come so far into Australia because Australia has mostly has rejected God but then God would raise up another nation to fight on our side and God would put hooks in the jaws of the enemy and drive them back. When this happens dont give the people fighting on our side, but give God the Glory. Our son Mark had a word over his life that he would don uniform and quite a number who were in our church at the time got the same word from the same prophet that gave the first prophecy. This prophet was a true man of God who has since gone to be with The Lord and I have never known his prophecies to fail yet. Christian love, Sharon Moore". 18:10.93. We discuss a similar thing here Gibo:
http://forum.onlineopinion.com.au/thread.asp?discussion=993#17383 Essentially, Australia's unlikely to be invaded soon, seeing as the countries that are likely to require our resources can already access them competitively via trade. And I second ditch's sentiment about finding a doctor with a comfy couch. If you're actually serious about them, your visions and belief in demons aren't the product of a sane mind. Unlikely to be invaded or not is not the issue TRTL.
The fact is we are not ready for it. Havent been and probably wont be. The revelations to the christians say the enemy got here! Whether one believes in them or not is not an issue. The fact is, they are there having been sent by The Lord as a warning about the consequences of sin. Many, many christians believe in them. Some very strongly. Anyway you guys will be pleased. Im off tomorrow for a month. If you're not so apathtic you might write to the PM about Defence. Its Australias biggest black comedy. One revelation from a major christian pastor from Singapore, who came all of the way down to Australia in 2000ad to speak about an enemy in the region, says that in those days the nation is going to be so apathetic that the enemy will enter with hardly a shot fired. Do you reckon thats good old Australia? Posted by Gibo, Friday, 12 October 2007 9:57:12 AM

The problem with prophesies and revelations is that big events like invasions will almost certainly happen at some point. So the prophesy will be considered by the believers to be true. Human nature and world history dictates that eventually the relative stability that we now enjoy will one day falter. All we can hope for is that it much later than sooner. Its a bit like the End of the World scenario - bible-bashers willcrow when it happens as they'll say that their book is true, but even from wht we know scientifically, its an inevitability, so unless these prophesies can actually pinpoint a time (even if its out by a decade), they are as good as useless, as they only "predict" things that will eventually happen anyway.

THERES A HUGE HOLE IN AUSTRALIAS NATIONAL DEFENCES IN THE AREA OF "WHAT DO DO WITH AN INVADER IF HE GETS HERE". No private guns and an empty Defence gun cupboard (or so it seems). You ought to write to the PM about that!
Id love to see Brendan Nelson take a walk into retirement. He has no concept of whats coming.
