Yes, you said that Binskin didn't have all the information necessary to make a determination, so why did he do just that? If I didn't have the necessary information to determine something I'd say as much. I wouldn't report that there was no evidence of the group being deliberately targeted.

At the heart on it all is hatred, but on the conspiracy side I'm inclined towards seeing antisemitism and anti western sentiment as drivers.
