Indy,

A better society is made up of people like YOU, I said; "The Australia YOU want, a narrow minded prejudiced society, where there is only room for those like YOU." That's what you call a better society. Hummm!

“ …. but can't say how Tik Tok, Instagram and others will enforce it”.

That is probably why the ban is not expected until December. They've charged in big mouthing before they even know that totalitarian censorship will be practical. Chief Censor, Mrs. America, has had some disappointments lately.

The whole banning bulls.t could turn out to be piss and wind.

The comment that “liberal democracies tend to outsource censorship” is interesting. I'm not sure that we are any longer a liberal democracy, but apparently Malcom Turnbull couldn't get a local to censor Australians, and settled for a foreigner, whose citizenship and ‘Australian husband’ don't make her a local.

Thanks for the information, CM.

In the meantime, ‘their’ ABC, the left-wing media arm of the Albanese government, has been caught out lying about immigration numbers on behalf of their masters.

The Institute of Public Affairs states that the Albanese government has “weaponised” the ABS to conspire with the ABC to shut down debate about its (the Albanese government's) “out-of-control” immigration.

ABC Media Watch has pulled out the old misinformation babble, saying that information other than their own “may lead to inaccurate conclusions on migration”.

As the IPA states, there is an “obsession of the political class to silence the migration debate”.

Note ‘political class’, not just Labor. Mass immigration started with John Howard, who made a big thing of stopping illegals, but plunged us into a welter of legal immigration.

Not only is this current government ruining our economy and housing availability with Third World, unskilled migrants with little English: they are also using our money on propaganda to stifle debate.

The promise to cut immigration was another of the government's downright lies.

Shock horror, a right wing reactionary "institute", calling themselves The Institute of Public Affairs, are attacking the Labor Party over "out of control" immigration now isn't that startling. The rednecks will be pleased!

I have nothing good to say about the return of the worst government ever; but who else is there? The Liberals have cooked their own goose, and the installation of Sussan Ley and her "modernisation" shows that they haven't learnt a thing from their ignominious defeat. Even if voters decided to give the Liberals another go at the next election, the party is really no different from Labor on Net Zero, mass immigration, even the economy (since Covid), transgender nonsense, and many other things.

And, there is no other group capable of forming a government.

Australia is in big, big trouble.
