On March 2nd Netanhayu blocked aid deliveries, then on the 9th they cut off all power much of which powers a desalination plant that provides water.

Israel does not want the ceasefire to get to Stage 2.
Netanyahu made separate deal with Smotrich that it wouldn't happen.
It's just collective punishment to force starving Palestinians to either provide intelligence or pushback against Hamas.
But that's how Israel acts, like everything they do is somehow justified.

'Ends justifies the means' is a terrorist mentality, but that's what one expects from a terrorist state.
