The United States will help restore access of Russian agricultural and fertilizer exports to the world market.

The corresponding statement is contained in the document titled "The main results of the meeting of the Russian and U.S. expert groups."

"The U.S. will help restore access of Russian exports of agricultural products and fertilizer to the world market, lower maritime insurance costs, as well as enhance access to ports and payment systems for such transactions," the document published on the Kremlin's website said.

This clause and the agreement to ensure the implementation of the Black Sea initiative will take effect after "the sanctions are lifted from the Russian Agricultural Bank and other financial institutions involved in ensuring transactions for international trade in food products (including fish products) and fertilizers, after their connection to SWIFT, and the opening of the required correspondent accounts," the document said.

Among other conditions for the implementation of this agreement are the lifting of restrictions on trade financing transactions, as well as the lifting of "sanctions on the companies producing and exporting food products (including fish products) and fertilizers, as well as the lifting of restrictions on the work of insurance companies with the shipments of food products (including fish products) and fertilizers."

Russia also names among the conditions the lifting of "restrictions on services in ports for vessels and sanctions from Russian-flagged vessels involved in trade in food products (including fish products) and fertilizers" and the lifting of restrictions "on the supply of agricultural equipment to the Russian Federation, as well as other goods involved in the production of food products (including fish products) and fertilizers."
