"Why don't you go to Russia?
Undoubtedly you would find an place to live similar to that you live in Australia. I believe apartments there even have fridges."

Don't you watch the news WhiteMouse?
Unfortunately due to the sanctions and the shortage of semiconductors Russia's been taking them from fridges and washing machines, so that's a no-go right now.

ZZZZZZZZZZ

Maybe I could suggest you go to Ukraine and join the foreign legion?
Or maybe go hang out with drunk Albo at the Mardi Gras or your other friends at Rainbow Storytime, since you voted for him?
- I suppose that makes you party responsible for this immigration and housing crisis doesn't it?
Thank you so much for doing your bit and helping to destroy the country.

You seem pretty supportive of Israel, why don't you go live there?
You might get to kill women and babies or run over them in Merkava tanks and such.
Maybe you could go hang out with these IDF in Thailand who earlier today got chased down and beaten up by the local ladyboys when they refused to pay for their 'services'?

There's a new TikTok trend in Israel, you call your distant Israeli relatives and ask them for donations for the children of Gaza.
It's so funny don't you think?
- But not nearly as funny as those IDF being chased down by the ladyboys, right?

AC of the constantly rolling eyes.

What a hysterical spray you pathetic little man.

No one looks at those ludicrous links you provide.

Incidentally, I suspect you search for the most descriptive of "atrocities" you can find.

AC you are quite sick.

When I mentioned that I witnessed the immediate aftermath when terrorists had thrown hand-grenades into an open air cinema filled with families and children ... (every sense was assaulted).

YOU WANTED A DESCRIPTION!

Trump’s world is ugly. It’s cold and brutal. It’s a projection of Trump himself : egoistic, egocentric, narcissistic and megalomaniac. It’s a world of self-interest based on values of wealth, possession, power and social standing.

It lacks humanity.

The vision of Trump’s world takes my mind back to George Orwell’s “Animal Farm” (1944).

For those who may not have read the book, here is a brief video with a summary :

http://www.bing.com/videos/riverview/relatedvideo?q=animal+farm+pdf&mid=4BB5500000BBF6B628764BB5500000BBF6B62876&mcid=B83FC7A73A0B44DCA4060A7DA29907C5&FORM=VIRE

Another notable aspect of Trump’s character is the precipitation with which he makes important decisions and the inevitable chaos that ensues. Take, for example, the following sequence of events :

In a matter of days, Trump denounced Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, then made up and invited him to Washington — then chastised him in the Oval Office, then expressed openness to rebuilding ties, then cut off arms and intelligence sharing.

The DOGE saga is another example worth mentioning of what might be branded “regressive progress”, reflecting the regressive nature of Trump’s personality — characterised by a lack of reflection, foresight, planning, and plain common sense.

First, we act. Then we react. Too bad for the collateral damage. Just do it !

But let’s not be too pessimistic (or should I say realistic?). Let’s wait another couple of months to see the result.

Hi WhiteMouse,
Well you wanted to get snarky, how'd you expect me to react?
Personally, I think it was.. 'measured'.

"Incidentally, I suspect you search for the most descriptive of 'atrocities you can find."
- No, I don't have to go looking, it comes right into my x.com feed.
I'd get dozens of stories just like it every day, is that my fault?

Israeli tank dragging a dead Palestinian body down the road for fun…
http://x.com/Nadira_ali12/status/1843748701564477853

The Palestinian who was zip tied and run over by an Israeli tank has been identified, his name is Jamal Hamdi Hassan Ashour (62 years old)
http://x.com/SuppressedNws/status/1783453247316922697

This is Grisha Rapper and his wife Alona Feldman, who live in Galilee. They killed 11 Palestinian children and cut them with knives in Gaza. “Grisha asked the tank commander to stop for a few seconds so he could put three children under the tank, so he ran over them.

They went searching for their father, only to find his body in pieces after an Israeli tank ran over him. Only his foot remained.

A tank ran over a Palestinian in the vicinity of Al-Shifa hospital.
His legs were already injured as there was some cast left around it.
Only half of his body remains.
The effects of the Israeli tank is visible.

Palestinian child Al-Hareth Ahmed Miqdad was still alive when an israeli tank driver ran over him, says @MahaGaza
| I just can’t get passed that

What you saw as an atrocity, Israelis do for fun.
Not my fault that you have the blinkers on.
- Oh but the Israelis are the 'victims' right?

You'd say I'm anti-semitic, I'd simply argue I'm being 'impartial'.

'YOU WANTED A DESCRIPTION!'
I probably just wanted a better understanding of what happened.
Now there's some 'descriptions' (above) for you right?
- For balance.

"No one looks at those ludicrous links you provide."
- Maybe if they did they'd be more informed?

This is Netanyahus 'Clean Break' policy in action.
It's an 'end justifies the means mentality'
A terrorist mentality.

Don't look away. Watch. Don't look away.

This is Syria
This is backed by US
This is backed by Israel
This is backed by Turkey

An Israeli-American “comedian” named Yoni Kletzel made jokes about starvation and “dead Palestinian babies.”
He thinks it’s funny, but this is one of the most disgusting things I have ever heard.

When it happens to Israelis it's an atrocity
When it happens to others because of Israelis, it's a joke, or they pretend it never happened.

"Those cities were built prior to 1919 ... built under the czars. Why don't you go to Russia?"

I have been there more times than most here have had borscht soup. Its very true that there are a couple of Russian cities that are the equivalent of most first world cities. For centuries, all the way back to at least Peter the Great, Russian leaders have understood that they didn't need to keep the whole country compliant, only those in the capitals. The rest were too far from the centre to be able to challenge the rulers. That is why, for example, all four revolutions in the 20th century happened solely in the capital(s). Money was/is lavished on the few major cities while the country-side lives in abject poverty.

Income inequality is stark, with a small elite controlling much of the wealth while rural regions languish. Life expectancy, particularly for men, lags behind Western standards at around 68 years, hampered by alcoholism, poor healthcare access, and crumbling infrastructure outside major cities. Corruption permeates governance, with Transparency International ranking Russia 137th out of 180 countries in its 2023 Corruption Perceptions Index. Political repression, limited press freedom, and reliance on raw material exports rather than diversified industry further echo developing nation struggles.

When visiting Russia, once you are outside the main cities its depressing. Horse-drawn ploughs weren't unusual. My dearest friend had a dacha in the town of Zagorsk (its changed its name several times) and the 100km trip from Moscow was always an eye-opener, the sort of things westerners weren't meant to see. The people in the country-side live lives barely changed from the 19th century. And their lot was golden compared to the lives of people I used to see when travelling to the Caspian Sea for sturgeon fishing.

Russia isa third world country with nukes. And nukes only get you so far.
