Yes reform of the universities and the ABC needs to start with new leadership perhaps using ex-Military to replace executive team and heads of schools and departments as well as Anti-Marxist training and policies to remove the Marxist roots that have taken hold within Australian institutions. The Marxist's have taught us how to do it, with their sending down systems. A check of social media and other checks could be done with new hires and existing personnel to remove those with allegiance to global authoritarian Marxism rather than local Australia. The union's need to replace their leadership too. Perhaps Association rules can be used to disavow Marxist's from positions of leadership within the union movement, a purgatory or hell similar to Dante's vision, probably similar to the circle designed for confidence artists and tricksters. Greats such as Trump, and Javier Melei have shown us a recipe. Bring on the chainsaw.
