Yuyutsu,
I gave a quote some time ago from The Ethics Centre. They posed the question: "Israel or Palestine? Do you have to pick a side?" They pointed out: "Picking a side can shrink our view, making us see the world through that side's ethical lens and dismissing other possible valid perspectives". That may be difficult to do for many. I believe that people have to face up to the moral implications of their actions and not sit on the fence. My country right or wrong does not work for me. I find it tragic that Zionists have changed the country from being a compassionate nation into a destructive, uncaring and an inhumane one. The tragedy of the Palestinians is just as much the tragedy of the Jews. Hopefully one day peace will come to the Middle East but I can't see it happening any time soon, not under Benjamin Netanyahu's leadership and the support of the US. Dear Foxy,
I agree, but just one point: When you say that «I find it tragic that Zionists have changed the country...» Those who did it are not Zionists, just hooligans! Posted by Yuyutsu, Monday, 16 December 2024 7:22:25 PM

"You are absolutely right of course, but Armchair Critic's anti-Semitism is just boring, same old, so I stopped reading it.
Telling him to stop blaming Jews is like telling a drinker, a smoker or a gambler to stop their habit - it doesn't work, it is a waste of time." Lets say that same drinker jumps behind the wheel and runs over a child. Should I blame that drink driver for running over that child? - Or should I silence myself if someone says 'anti-drink-driver'? There's lots of things I find objectionable about a lot of different topics. Should certain topics be 'off limits'? And if so, why? I don't like Israel killing all those women and kids. If no-one says a damn thing about it then Israel keeps doing it. If we all stay quiet, then we're all giving our silent consent, right? But if Israeli aligned neoconservatives promote wars with Israel aligned think tanks for Israels interests which also align with Jewish religious interests and are facilitated by a United States which is owned by the Israel lobby, and lies are printed in Western Jewish owned newspapers and war profits are made by Jewish bankers then don't I have a right to say what I think about that? Maybe you think my rhetoric has the potential to incite animosity and resentment for Jewish people and makes Jewish communities fearful the some new Hitler will rise up? Is that my fault for saying what I think? Or other peoples fault for doing what they do? What makes you think I wish harm to any Jewish people? I said many times I'm against stupid ideas first and foremost, not necessarily the people who behind them. If a topic required criticism towards things Mexicans, Japanese or North Koreans do I'd lay criticism at those peoples feet instead. Meanwhile, did Israel just nuke Syria? http://x.com/realstewpeters/status/1868460289114735010 Posted by Armchair Critic, Tuesday, 17 December 2024 1:55:26 AM

Dear Critic,
I did not say that any topic is off-limits - you have the freedom to write whatever you like and I have the freedom to be bored and not read it. These claims about Jews controlling the world, the media and the banks have been circulating for centuries, so now they are being circulated in the echo-chamber of social-media. Obviously I won't go there (and my browser would block me if I clicked on a link there by mistake): what a pity that it is being banned only for those physically aged under 16. 'Mowing the Grass'
With strikes targeting rockets and tunnels, the Israeli tactic of ‘mowing the grass’ returns to Gaza http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2021/05/14/israel-gaza-history/ "For more than a decade, when analysts described the strategy utilized by Israel against Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip, they’ve used a metaphor: With their displays of overwhelming military strength, Israeli forces were “mowing the grass.” The phrase implies the Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip and their supply of crude but effective homemade weapons are like weeds that need to be cut back. Such tactics have faced significant criticism from international human rights groups, often due to the disproportionate number of deaths caused by Israeli forces, compared to those caused by Palestinian militants during conflict." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mowing_the_grass - What am I supposed to do with this? The utter contempt for human life is vile and disgusting. Here's Golda Meir more or less admitting a policy of ethnic cleansing. http://x.com/77114robot/status/1868030944822820943 The whole nation was founded by terrorism in the bombing of the King David Hotel with Menachem Begin, the Likud Party founded by terrorists. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Warburg "James Paul Warburg (August 18, 1896 – June 3, 1969) was a German-born American banker, businessman, and writer. He was well known for being the financial adviser to Franklin D. Roosevelt. His father was banker Paul Warburg, member of the Warburg family and "father" of the Federal Reserve system." "He gained some notice in a February 17, 1950, appearance before the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations in which he said, "We shall have world government, whether or not we like it. The question is only whether world government will be achieved by consent or by conquest." The whole entire western monetary system is founded upon the idea of issuing money as a loan with interest. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warburg_family The Warburg family is a prominent German and American banking family of German Jewish and originally Venetian Jewish descent. What am I supposed to do with all this stuff: - Things that Jews admit to themselves? Posted by Armchair Critic, Tuesday, 17 December 2024 8:23:42 AM

You are absolutely right of course, but Armchair Critic's anti-Semitism is just boring, same old, so I stopped reading it.

Israel has fallen into the wrong hands.
After years when so-called "Palestinians" and their international supporters failed to distinguish between good peace-loving Israelis and bad warmongering and territory-hungry Israelis (and their American Jewish and Christian Messianic supporters), indiscriminately hurting and bombing them both alike, they sent many of the peaceful good Israelis packing, thus changed Israel's demographic balance, so now Israel is controlled by the criminal Netanyahu and his Nazi friends.
The native "Palestinian" people suffer greatly as a result, they are slaughtered, hungry and homeless, but what do their leaders care? They sit in luxurious hotels in Arab Gulf countries and never cared about their people in the first place. Good Israelis can no longer help, they have become a minority and Netanyahu is now dismantling Israel's democracy brick by brick so he can persecute them: either Israel is divided now, or it will become like Assad's regime.
