Private enterprise builds, and they are saying that they can't manage the current demands of private would-be owner occupiers, thanks to government restrictions and meddling.

Builders going broke, thanks to socialism, is a weekly occurrence, thanks to socialism interfering with private enterprise.

Albanese is trying to copy his mate, Jacinda Ardern and her 'promise' of thousands of "affordable" homes. We know how well that went.
