At least Foxy acknowledges that the CSIRO isn't the organisation it was. Potentially the CSIRO could outsource some of it's activities to universities- if the well hadn't been poisoned- but the main reason I doubt it is that it doesn't seem to deliver what it promises to an appropriate level of quality

Labor's target seems to be to double power prices every couple of years and this is just about the only target they are meeting.

Ah, Experts ! Like those tourists in Greece complaining about Climate Change yet they themselves are still flying around the Planet in emission-spewing planes & wallowing in electricity-guzzling air conditioned hotel rooms as if nothing was happening !

organization, and an Executive team led by the
Chief Executive that leads, directs, co-ordinates and
controls its operations.

We now have a new Government and Minister who will lay
out a direction that matters. Under the Coalition
Government CSIRO suffered record funding cuts and job cuts
leading to the loss of one in five positions.
