Dear mhaze,

Mate you are continuing to make this crap up quite shamelessly.

Suicide rates went down in Victoria during the pandemic. They did increase in the latter half of 2022 but mainly in the 65 plus age group and particularly among women. Those homeless who were housed and taken care of during the pandemic are now thrust only the streets and the most vulnerable cohort, women over 65 are copping it the worse. I don't think this is just coincidental.

As to cancer diagnosis numbers there was no obvious dip in Australia over the pandemic period.

Virtually everything you raise has little of no basis in truth but is either something you have scrapped off a bunch of right-wing nut job sites or you have made up yourself.

Go find another hobby.

SR writes in regards to youth self-harm: "Mate you are continuing to make this crap up quite shamelessly."

Well what I wrote was derived from several actual research papers which used rooly-trooly data. Perhaps that's why it went over your head, data seems to affect you that way. Oh and since I was talking about the effect on adolescents, SR obvious thinks that includes 65 yr old women. There's that problem with numbers again.

"It takes a special type of cluelessness to think that all adverse affects related to the lockdowns stopped the moment the lockdowns were lifted. And then we have SR.
