What the March said was, big business and the uni-party (like, the great majority of our 227 federal reps) want mega-migration - not voters. The Albo-Ley answer? Voters, you can't have low migration, you're "too racist".
Yet still, State ABC, Traitor Rizvi, Dave Pocock, Sustainable Population Australia, on and on, urge "mature debate" and "respectful conversation". As Albo Ji himself did in 2019, before his 1.4m first-term immigration, before signing us over to Boss Modi and President Xi. "Respectful conversation" is a grim totalitarian one-sided parody. Ley must be sacked, in favour of those like Price, Hastie, Canavan. More and better protests, it's going to take years. SPA won't help. Posted by Steve S, Thursday, 11 September 2025 8:21:53 AM

Canada paused high immigration last year and things seem to be on the up for the battlers.

“Australians deserve a government that puts their needs first”.
I think Australians have the government they deserve right now. They increased the power of the Albanese version of Labor even though it performed so badly in its first three years. The use of housing and infrastructure shortages as reasons for stopping mass immigration, is falling on deaf ears. Mass immigration is a bad enough idea on its own, with its divisiveness and the damage it is doing to our culture and what it means to be Australian. With no opposition to speak of, the government can do as it pleases; and that will eventually lead to what is only just starting - extremist action from not very nice groups who will take advantage of the obvious cowardice and uselessness of politicians. It is sheer stupidity to keep bringing thousands more people into this overloaded country.
When ever will we realise that we DO NOT own this planet but we share it with all other animal species. We are not a better species, just a different species, than the other animal species. Homo Sapiens is a PARASITE. We take all, live off our host and give nothing in return. Sadly we have evolved well past the limits of our intelligence. There are TOO MANY people. Jacinta Price has now been sacked for telling the truth about Australia's uncontrolled immigration by her miserable Coalition's miserable leader. Oh …. that Price isn't enthusiastic about the same miserable leader was also part of the reason. Remember, Price was part of the wannabe Leader/Deputy leadership team that was rejected in favour of what will now lead the Coalition into oblivion.
The Coalition clearly does not care about the damage being done to Australia by mass immigration any more than Labor does. It would not be surprising if Senator Price is now bitterly regretting her switch to the Liberals. She should consider another switch: to One Nation, the only party with a common-sense, a patriotic stance on immigration, and everything else in general. Both Labor and the Coalition are a disgrace. If Price remains on the Liberal backbench, Ley is going to need eyes in the back of her head. Frankly, she should cause a spill now and go to the back bench herself; or, preferably, get out of politics altogether after her 25 years of nothingness. Jacinta Price is a once-in-a-lifetime addition to federal politics that the idiots in the Liberal and National parties need to support if they want to be in government ever again. Susan Ley is no more electable than Peter Dutton.
She'd be out of her depths running a primary school tuckshop. LNP is a clownshow placing the unelectable in leadership positions. Skippy the Bush Kangaroo would have a better chance of being elected. It says more about party in-fighting than dedication to their supporters, or the nation. Posted by Armchair Critic, Thursday, 11 September 2025 1:03:53 PM

The Liberals' suicide should give more say to One Nation & other conservative parties & if they join they could just have the impact that's needed to get the Nation onto a better track.

Asking the relevant question is essential.
Try this question: How do we as the suffering individuals of an erratic Nation under a Dictatorship, survive outside of the ruling Dictator class. Answer: Blood in the streets. Not something the timid citizens wish to acknowledge, but an historic fact pointing to this answer. Posted by diver dan, Thursday, 11 September 2025 5:12:54 PM

Yes, it is sheer stupidity to wilfully keep bringing in more people.
But it is also sheer evil to forcibly stop people from coming on their own initiative. The middle ground is to severe the link between physical migration and acceptance into society, so that while anyone should be allowed to enter (subject to posing no criminal, health and/or terrorism threat), they will not automatically receive the social protections and privileges which today we take for granted. A competent administration would have long ago done an investigation into immigration & removed those facilitating this out of control intake.
It's not a Labor or Liberal thing, it's a Public service union & bureaucracy matter. How soon can we expect the unions to go through this with a fine-toothed comb ? Also, those in charge of immigration including the minister need to be chased up by a media outfit with some integrity ! Posted by Indyvidual, Friday, 12 September 2025 7:06:58 AM

#… How soon can we expect the unions to go through this with a fine-toothed comb ?…#
Individual. A very good point, and one I’ve never seen discussed personally. One would think Unions taking a particular interest in the damaging effects of rampant immigration on the lowly worker, would be prioritised even above pay rises. More evidence the traditional workers Unions are a thing of the bygone past; that’s because ( I would speculate), Unionism predominates now among the Government bureaucrats, and has become a lame duck for workers in private enterprise. All power has moved to the top, shame on them! Posted by diver dan, Friday, 12 September 2025 7:45:15 AM

#… But it is also sheer evil to forcibly stop people from coming on their own initiative…# Why, and on what grounds do you base this strange opinion? , which is contrary to the logic of your own argument against mass immigration. Posted by diver dan, Friday, 12 September 2025 7:51:12 AM

Dear Dan,
Just because we don't like something does not make it right to use violence and hurt others in order to prevent it. This earth was created by God, it is not man-made, so it does not belong to any particular person or group of people and everyone should be allowed to travel and live wherever they want on its face. People may not be entitled to join our society and receive its protection, they may not be welcomed, but physically arresting them and kicking them out is violent and as such is simply not on (except in cases of self-defence, such as when they are reasonably expected to commit crimes, terror or bring in contagious diseases). There is an official entry document called a Visa for the people you describe. That innovation is achieved by being honest with the questions on its application form: But alas they now lack legitimacy in Australia, under the rule of the Dictatorship, and it’s inherent dishonesty and with its love affair with Islamic terrorists and other organisations of International crime; particularly the Palestinians stand-out at this time, but not confined to them. People are generally free to wander around with a tourist Visa in most civilised Countries, but alas Australia has become less civilised due to mass immigration of the wrong criminal by nature cohort. All power has moved to the top, shame on them!
diver dan, Yes, although not the political top. The real powers are in the Public Service top as can be deduced from the similarity in decision & policy disasters in each Government. Minister Burke should be made to explain via 60 Minutes what percentage of the bureaucracy in his Department are Australian born & of which ethnic background. Just a moment ago I heard Albanese commenting on so-called Islamophobia & how it could be dealt with. I'd like to ask him if he ever considered the ultimate & openly declared goal of Islam to take over this Nation does in fact fuel the misnamed phobia ? He talks about Australians to be more accepting towards these migrants however, he fails to suggest to these migrants to also be more accepting of Australians as a society & not just as a mob to provide them with the means to achieve their goal ! Dear Dan,
A visa is a contract between an individual and a state. It grants the visa-holder certain minimal protections, so for example if s/he gets run-over by a car, they will be taken to hospital and treated, or if lost in the mountains, a search team will be looking for them, or if robbed clean, they can call the police for help and also use the court system for compensation, or if they book a hotel and find it full when they arrive, then they will be entitled for an alternative room and/or financial compensation, or if they purchase a property then it will be officially registered in their name, etc. However, no contract should be required if a migrant is not seeking any such protections; and no contract should be offered either to persons who are unwelcome in a country, whatever be the reason(s). Nevertheless, people should still be able to arrive without protections, and allowed in assuming they are cleared of any reasonable suspicion of criminality, terrorism or contagious illness. Mind you, suppose you stab or punch such an unprotected person in the face for no reason, then it would be reasonable to charge you with the lesser crime of cruelty to animals, as per the RSPCA standards: even unprotected humans should be treated at least as well as animals (they too have no visa!). Well, I can get a smile out of your unique logic which seems to me to shoot itself in the foot at every step; (I sometimes think you can’t be serious). Here is a list of a hundred and twenty odd differing Visas available to enter Australia. In that list I’m sure there would be provision for a dog, but I think in reality it is more difficult to get your pooch through customs than a Middle Eastern terrorist would encounter. Too true. http://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing In twenty fifteen, Johnny Depp attempted to smuggle in two dogs on his chartered jet, to be told by Barnaby Joyce to send Pistol and Boo back to the US in the next fifty hours or they were to be euthanised. Doesn’t sound friendly to dogs does it. Can’t even trust the RSPCA can we? I haven’t heard that strong language used to expell undesirables like terrorist brides wishing to return to the comforts of home in Australia. They should be treated like undesirable dogs too, do you agree? http://www.bbc.com/news/world-australia-32732313 Posted by diver dan, Friday, 12 September 2025 9:46:45 PM
