Now that the dust has settled.

The Voice? What was it?
We needed to know three things.
Who wanted it?
What did they want?
Why did they want it?

It seems no one could define accurately who wanted it.
So that surely left us perplexed.

And what?
We were being asked to include in the constitution an advantage for some undefined persons based solely on racial background?
Totally illogical and extremely racist.

And finally why?
Sound reasons weren't given.
One can only conclude it was to allow those undefined persons to have some advantage?

So all-up it is clear.
It was a ploy, perpetrated solely to gain advantage for some.
It was, quite rightly, rejected at referendum.
What next?

Those 'undefined' persons must do several things.
Firstly, learn Engish.
Next, comply with the law.
Then, get a job.
Stop telling their children lies.
Send their children to school regularly.
Become part of our democracy.
Become a team player.
It really is that simple.

And learn.
That what might seem right for them is wrong for Australia.
And Australia has told them so.

If they really cannot do what is needed, then that is a whole different matter.
Which worries me.
Australia could look at why?
Then institute programs to overcome difficulties?
But my sense is that this has been tried already?

There is a limit to how much money and time should be spent on their problems?
It cannot go on forever?
They must try harder to assimilate?
So much so, that never again need we refer to those 'undefined persons'.

Stoolreflux,

Partisan legislation and treaties put in place by a far-left whinge government in Victoria can be easily expunged by a less activist government later. The coalition is well experienced in cleaning up Labor's messes.

The result of the Voice referendum is a clear indicator of the ignorance of the elite. Canberra is the only area where Yes was successful as Canberra is also the place with the least indigenous population.
How much more proof do we need ?

States cannot make treaties. That is in the Constitution. Maybe Australia needs another referendumb?

Good.

The 30-30 UN Charter for Biodiversity is entirely what was (and still is, it’s not over yet), the motivation for the ever expanding Indigenous rights scorch!

Locking down 30% of land mass by 2030, (and 60% by 2060 with increasing UN mandates after 2030), and rendering it unusable for any other purpose than biodiversity, is the total motivation for Government meddling into Aboriginal lives, and using the Voice as a stand off vehicle for attaining UN dictates for our land use!

That is the cat which was not to be released from the bag during the Voice campaign, and both sides of Politics are equally guilty!
All rural land use, notably farming, is under threat, and Aboriginal land rights enshrined into the Constitution are a guaranteed vehicle to use them up for the purpose!
Aboriginals are only EVER used towards a greater purpose for Politicians. It’s why their lot rarely improves on the bottom rung.
