By Scott Prasser, published 24/4/2023

Julian Leeser himself says he remains a loyal Liberal. This seems at odds with his behaviour.

ttbn- They have favoured business interests when business wasn't serving Australia. Businesses doesn't think generationally but in five or three year profit projections. Productivity is necessary but there seem to be issues with the way- but now they are forced into a corner to be decisive- and they don't know what to do.

The young weren't nurtured into succession cadres and paths. The Liberals failed to invest in PR, they failed to use people such as Hanson in the broad Liberal church to open the public mind to different possibilities spaces, to nullify the suspiciously communist "counter-culture" early enough, to support future businesses, to conduct intelligence into enemy strategy

What CM advocates is a form of extreme faschism based on lies and propaganda from the far right. His claims of "Communist" control are delusional, and he should know it. Asked to name influential communists in Australia, he can name none, as there are none.

Hasbeen,
It may be bad policy but it's hardly a cliff.

How big are those paper bags? The ones I've seen aren't that heavy (and are 70% recycled). But I too am puzzled auto why they didn't opt for like for like replacement with reusable plastic bags.

BTW ITYF the old bags were polythene. Polyurethane would certainly be overkill.

I'm pleased to see the supermarkets have at last started to switch to fully compostabe plastic bags for fruit and vegetables.

And there certainly shouldn't be any need to buy bin liners, as many products (from bread to toilet paper) come packaged in plastic bags that can be used for that purpose).

Answer- Traditionalists are moderates. Traditionalists aren't the extreme far right- Communists like to frame Traditional Western politics as extreme because it manipulates and pushes the Voters (the Overton Window) to the far left. The voters know there's a stink in politics but they're confused. Traditionalist politics was the original "moderate" position.

Traditional Anglo British (and European) people were explorer/ loners- they taught other cultures advanced technology, were self sufficient, independent, resilient- The middle east has always tried to destroy Europe, China believed that they were the centre kingdom
