Had he been saying anything of sense then maybe, maybe, maybe, 1% chance that any high-level officials would take note, but once they heard him talk such nonsense, assuming it was even brought to their attention and they bothered to listen, they would not be amused and surely turn right back to their normal business without a comment.

Should the same come instead directly from Bin Salman, or in the least from his official spokesperson, then I would expect them to respond, telling him politely or otherwise that he is an idiot.

Wow, so this Shihabi fellow wrote not only fiction books but also computer games!

Reminds me of this Patrick Rothfuss, who also started writing fiction books, but then got distracted with writing computer games and never completed the third book of his trilogy, "The Doors of Stone", leaving his readers in anguish without any consolation or solution for the brutal murders of the hero's family in the first book.
