An impeachment that ends in a Senate conviction - the first president to be removed from office-will help re-establish limits for the future of democracy.

shadyminister,

Therein lies the problem because he might be in a position to run for the presidency again and the Democrats are pulling out every card to stop this from ever happening.

PS You've got it wrong. I'm the educated one; you're the uneducated one. I'm the one with the Arts degrees to prove it, not you.

Remember Trump still has a few days with Presidential powers. Also, he should have it well figured out who will stand by him. Has had a problem with "RINO's" especially. ie Republican In Name Only. Some would not help when expected of them, some 'lay down" when faced with confrontations and possible abuse against themselves and some effectively turned traitors. This was while trying to fight massive organized electoral fraud effectively supported by the mainstream media, Google, Twitter and Facebook. Including with considerable censorship of information they preferred not aired. Despite this Trump has an enormous amount of popular support compared with the alternative stooge being promoted, who would obviously only attract a fraction of the audience at rallies. Remember that despite many people not liking Trump for some reasons, they regard him as not as bad the alternative offering and also strongly oppose it getting into power using massive organized cheating.

The Democrats have been doing to do do all they can to try and damage Trump in the last days of his first term as President. Would not surprise me if he come up with ways of effectively hitting back hard. Probably at "last moment" to maybe limit what their damage control and further attacks can achieve. Most likely is currently considerable activity "behind the scenes."

A Trump Impeachment now would merely extend/solidify the corrupt culture of the Left World-wide !

Dear PeterC,

In the 2016 election Trump received 62,984,828 votes to Hillary Clinton's 65,853,514. It should be noted that his tally was well under both of Obama's previous totals – 2008 69,498,516 and 2012 65,915,795.

The high turnout of the 2020 election saw Trump get 74,222,593 votes but significantly short of Biden's 81,281,502.

So when you claim “President Donald Trump won easily but the Democrats were very wrongly awarded the Presidency.” you are being a blithering idiot.

You also wrote “as well all the time working hard to damage President Donald Trump with any make believe or false charge or claim they could dream up”. What in the hell was the whole birther movement led by Trump and Fox all about then?
