Trump's been ousted that's all there's to it. What needs to be done now is to expose those who hounded him to no end & give them a dose of their own medicine !

The Democrats must not retain the Presidency and must also made to pay for their behaviour.

Considering that any impeachment cannot remove Trump from office as it is virtually impossible to complete the impeachment process in Congress and complete the senate trial in less than a week. This means that this is yet another virtue signalling attempt by the Democrats.

Secondly Rob Cover and the other left whingers are all assuming that Trump after being impeached will then be convicted in the Senate. That the Senate trial will need 67 of the 100 Senators to convict him in a process that is clearly partisan the chances of this occurring are close to zero.

As Biden himself has commented, the last thing he wants is the senate locked in a long and fruitless trial while his administration is locked out due to the inability to get his cabinet confirmed.

The second thing that this symbolic tantrum will achieve is to trivialise the entire process to the equivalent of a slap on the wrist which will probably happen to Biden if the Republicans get control of the congress.

In 8 days Trump is gone anyway, he is unlikely to ever achieve public office again and I have outlined the negatives previously.
