It's a pity that you can't see the difference between a war of aggression such as, let's say, Saddam's invasion or Kuwait, or Putin's invasion of Georgia, Crimea or the Ukraine - and a war to defend the people of Syria and Iraq from ISIS fascists. Wars of aggression must be condemned totally, you're right there, but a war to defend ordinary, innocent people must be waged - surely - with every force that we can muster ?

Can you understand that wars of aggression must be opposed, but wars to defend innocent people must be supported ? Until they are liberated ? Can you grasp the difference ? Or do we have to go back to primary school level and explain the difference between right and wrong ?

When people are attacked, they are entitled to defend themselves. When Australia was attacked in 1942, we were entitled to defend ourselves - isn't that so ? I'm sorry if that might involve nasty things like guns and bombs, but unfortunately that's how wars go.
