If the negotiations break down - what happened before the negotiations will resume - sanctions and more sanctions until Iran abandons its belligerent behaviour.

Netanyahu made it clear that Israel and its neighbours could live with an Iran that kept its belligerent nose out of other State's affairs. Iran's presence is found in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Lebanon. It threatens Israel and Saudi Arabia. Calling on the P5+1 to insist that Iran desist from such behaviour can hardly be called "sabre rattling"
