Yes Jayb, it will be interesting now to see whether they give up now that the hand outs, what many relied on to replace the waste on neccecities for their families, such as food, cloths and shelter, because at $210 per week for the average addict, that's a huge chunk out of the budget.

I would like to think they quit, if for no other reason but the well being of their families, but I somehow doubt it.
