That BH was not wearing her dress covered with her puke is not evidence that intercourse occurred or that she was raped. That she refused to go to the police for a forensic test ensured that there would be no physical evidence.

Reports are now emerging that the police had doubts about the validity of BH's claims and did not recommend prosecution and said that the DPP proceeded for political reasons, which means that the ACT DPP is likely to be sued by BL.
