Finally Prince Andrew has settled out of court.
And the amount is believed to be in the millions.
A portion of the money goes to the so called "victim,"
another to
her charity, and the final one to her lawyers.
A three-way split.

Andrew has chosen this tactic we're told to save
his mother's Jubilee celebrations this year. He's
been stripped of his honours, his title. His
reputation is in tatters.

Much as I would like to believe the not so young
lady. I don't understand how she managed to be so
lucky in getting this settlement.

She was hired by Epstein's female co-partner who
paid young girls to be at Epstein's beck and call
and provide sex to him and his clients. Prince Andrew
apparentl;y was one of the clients. The young "lady"
knew what she was getting into. How could she claim
she was "forced?" into anything?

She was there to provide sex. She got paid for it.
And - she has won a monetary settlement.

I'm not a great admirer of Prince Andrew and his sense
of entitlement. But I do feel that this time around he
got shafted in more ways than one. And he's paying for it.

The young "lady" has done very well out of all this.

$22 million of taxpayer money paid out to protect a royal turd.

Lets not judge the Prince too harshly.
Virginia Giuffre had leverage. She used it
and she triumphed.

Maxwell's trial?

Settling out of court more or less suggests guilt. For the money involved, Andrew could have driven the woman into the ground. He and his family are extremely rich. The payment will not come from taxpayers. Her family have given the Queen a terrible time as her life is coming to an end. She is the only one deserving of sympathy. Andrew, innocent or not, and that other young idiot Harry, have cheapened the monarchy and turned it into a rerun of Dynasty. Its very unlikely that Charles will be able to restore the lost dignity.
