Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson, this bloke has to be the worse British Prime Minister in living memory. Johnson's handling of the pandemic, Brexit, and his general idiotic behaviour since taking office makes him the number one incompetent to hold office since WWII. The question is; Why does the Conservative Party tolerate such a fool as Johnson, is there no one better?

Nothing compares to the incompetence of Clement Attlee who labour party nationalised most industries leading to a slow but constant decline in the British economy to the point of bankruptcy.

SM, Britain was bankrupted by massive war repreations to the US, lack of investment, along with their loss of empire. There were 5 Conservative PM's between Attlee and Thatcher.

How bad is Boris?

Well Boris Johnson is nothing like Tony Blair
and David Cameron (rigid, cautious). Johnson
is lively, engaged, superficially disheveled
but in fact focused and watchful. He's very
different as PM of a country where politicians
tend to be self-serious and awkward.

He's made it quite clear in interviews that his
mission is to restore Britain's faith in itself.
Well he loves to put on a show, not unlike Trump
in that regard. Whether he succeeds in restoring
Britain's faith in itself - only time will tell.

Personally, I like this tornado of bonhomie.
Whether Britain does is another matter.

With his current policies Foxy, all he is going to do is turn the lights off, even before the last of the industry has left.

Just how that would restore Britain's faith in itself, I'm damned if I know.
