All power is in a small sense despotic- look at any manager- but even the worst "national" despot has to be better than a "global" despot or oligarch. You can't run away from a global despot.

As Jordan Peterson says it's much easier to create a worse system than a better one. I see the "British Nation" in a better position than the US- and this is due to it's institutions- including the institution of Monarchy.

One has to ask the question why would someone want to stay and destroy Britain rather than leave- if there isn't anything to love- to me the answer is power.
