NSW,

87.2% have had at least one dose of vaccine.
64% have had 2 doses and are now fully vaccinated.
Opening up the state in November

Victoria 80% and 49.8%
No intention of opening up.

The Victorian Premier has announced that -Melbourne's
lockdown will be lifted once 70% of Victorian
adults are FULLY vaccinated against COVID, expected about
26th October.

Once the milestone is reached, the reasons to leave home
and the curfew will be ditched. People will be allowed to
travel 25km and there will be a return to outdoor dining and
drinking.

Further substantial changes to the state's restrictions won't
be made until 80% of over 16s are immunized, forecast to
occur - 5th November.

By Christmas, it's expected family members will be able to
gather at home in groups of up to 30 people, an increase
from 10 house guests that will be permitted when 80%
vaccination target is met.

That is not lifting lockdown.

At 80% NSW will open the state to business as usual incl overseas travel.
