My father has dementia. Each morning, without fail, I have to contact him to remind him to take his pills. He never remembers, doesn't even remember that I had to remind him yesterday or the day before or the day before that. Each time, its like a whole new revelation for him.

First off they weren’t Rescue Dogs, such are used to rescue people and other animals.
They were strays which would have been killed anyway and it’s not as if there is a shortage of dogs.

Second, what was a child doing at the rally?
And why were the incompetents rubbing spray residue into his eyes?

Now, while I don't have sufficient faith to do the same - and I stay clear of people whenever I can - this "human trash", as you call them, might have sufficient faith to feel protected by God. And there is nothing that your hatred, the law, the police, can do to prevent them from believing that.

In the meantime, there is little chance that any of them were infected or that they would be rubbing shoulders with the likes of you, who apparently cannot take responsibility for your own well being, but instead expect Big Brother to protect you, and persecute other people on your behalf, including Christians, who are still the most persecuted people, globally, in the 21st. Century. That should make you feel good.
