If Andras Smith believes that the Deputy Premier is circumventing the "Principle of Separation of Powers between the Legislature, Judiciary, Executive" then I may believe that he is corrupt like communist Russia or China where there aren't such Westminster Principles as far as I know.

Perhaps the Deputy Premier just made a complaint using the powers that any citizen is entitled to exercise in this case it may say more about the nature of Andras Smith.
