Hello mhaze,

You state that more and bigger government ALWAYS screws up.

Where is your justification for this statement? Yes, I agree just throwing money and bureaucracy at a problem doesn't necessarily mean it gets fixed up. But it's totally untrue to say that bigger Government always screws up. I'd like to know where we would all be right now if the NSW State Gov't decided not to fund contact tracing because they are committed to smaller government. It's pretty easy to throw out outrageous statements without any supporting evidence. I'm a believer in facts, not unsupported opinions

Cheers.

I'm with you Foxy. I'll be only getting the "jab" if they find some way of forcing me too. Now it is no longer a dirty word, banned from society I might just go back to regular Hydroxychloroquine tablets, as I used in the islands, but no thanks to rushed developed black magic rubbish for me thanks.

Incidentally Humanist21, what branch of the bureaucracy do you draw your living from

"Where is your justification for this statement? "

Life experience and a knowledge of history.

I'll agree that 'ALWAYS' was an exaggeration for effect. I'm told that government is extremely efficient at certain things. Public service pay rises are rarely delayed. Governments are very effective at sending out letters demanding monies be repaid - just not so good at later proving the monies are owed. Equally who can forget how good government was at the CovidSaf App rollout not to mention the exemplary Census online app.

And of course big government is very good at generating reports proving government ought to be bigger again.

" I'm a believer in facts, not unsupported opinions...."

Oh good, so you must have lots of facts to prove your opinion that contract tracing was effective and couldn't have been done by anyone other than big government. I look forward to see those facts. But please note that just claiming that we had low CV19 deaths doesn't count as a fact in favour of government contact tracing unless you can prove, by facts, that the low counts wouldn't have occurred without government controlled contact tracing.

Why complain about the show not going as fast as planned when so many haven't even got the discipline to stay put for a few days ?

Dear Hasbeen,

No Foxy just said she won't be rushing out to get it while you claim: " I'll be only getting the "jab" if they find some way of forcing me too."

That makes you once again a freeloader. It will take about 4 out of every 5 of us to see any form of herd immunity for our community. I'm prepared to shoulder objectors like yourself but I won't put up with any pontificating from any of you.
