O Mr Ignorant you so want the problems to only be LNP that you are blind to the realities of society.

Salt P, if people cannot avert their base passions to avoid an unwanted pregnancy they are no better than the worshippers of Molech by sacrificing their children for a supposed better life.

Got it! The best way to solve the problems in parliament house is to put a limit on the time any and all politicians can serve (or serve themselves as most of them do). They all get stale after a couple of terms, particularly the party hacks in safe seats. There is not one politician currently in parliament, state or federal, who would be missed if he or she was replaced today.

A truism from my early morning reading today: "Parliament is all arse and no class".

I like the suggestion of putting a time limit on
how long MPs serve. I think that would introduce
a newer playing field and make things fresher all
round. Good idea.

Hi Saltpetre,

Scott Morrison has raised the role of women -
but will we hear their voices?

There is currently an astonishing absence of outrage,
anger, leadership, and a collective will to act.

You admire the man. I did for a while, but after
listening to Grace Tame, I am beginning to wonder
if the man is just trying to ensure his own re-election
within the party at least.

I just heard Grace Tame rubbishing Amanda Stoker. It's unfortunate that women continue warring with each other when they expect something better from men. My wife advises me that there are no harder critics of women than other women.
