As usual, you've missed the point: if, as Trumpf hints, Egypt can bomb Ethiopia's dam, then Ethiopia can bomb Egypt's dam. And developed countries can sell arms to both sides.

Trumpf, the real peace-maker.

But Ethiopia has allies, as a Christian country: particularly Russia. So I expect Putin to summon Trumpf to Moscow once he's lost the election, and belt him around the ear. Sweet.
