Virtually every other developed Western nation has a form of universal health coverage and you are trying to make the argument that the richest nation on earth simply can't afford it? And to be advocating for it makes me a communist?

any international body. Therefore, any concern about
a world government or some world order is not realistic.
And those thinking it's going to happen will be
disappointed.

We have the example of the United Nations
and the difficulties faced with international peacemaking.
Because the compliance with the resolutions of the UN and the
rulings of its World Court are voluntary. No country
is willing to surrender its sovereignty.
The UN is actually most effective when
the superpowers are able to agree.

As for one ethnic group replacing another in any country?
Hitler and Stalin to name just two - tried that. It's not something that any rational person would support.

Also, believing that someone should be killed or wiped out
for their beliefs? Extremists exist everywhere. Fortunately
sanity usually prevails for most people.

As for who is or is not a Nazi? That's between that person

Ethiopia is building a huge dam on its Nile, 2000 miles upstream from Egypt. It will provide electricity to Ethiopia and Sudan and maybe South Sudan, as well as manage irrigation waters across huge areas of Ethiopia.

Egypt is very hostile on the idea, since it depends on the Nile waters so much.

Ethiopia is not building a large dam on the Blue Nile. But the Chinese are building one there if that's what you mean.

And it has more to do with water politics in the region than irrigation and hydropower.

It will control the headwaters of the Blue Nile which is a major source of freshwater for Egypt and Egypt could become dependent on the whims of China for its large-scale cotton growing industry.

Which of course feeds into China's economy as a source of raw materials for the manufacture of clothing.

Which is in competition with India and other developing nations.
