Listening to both sides of American political analysts, there is a vague likelihood of a civil war beginning in November which has been planned since 2016. That is to overthrow the democratic influences in Government and replace them with authoritarianism. It will appear to be run by Trump, whether he wins the election fairly or not, but it will be right-wing terrorist and fascist.

In todays world, only a fool would want to be led by a gentleman. You know the British type who can smile nicely in defeat.

Not many second chances today, it is not 1940, where you had time to turn defeat into victory.

If you are not led by a pugnacious thug, you are for the high jump, & no amount of pleasant smiling in defeat will soften the pain of defeat. You had better make sure you win first time, or there is very little chance of a second round.

China & Russia are both playing for keeps, & they have people like the greens, BLM & a few others undermining our capabilities continually. This has got to be what the Romans went through as they collapsed.

Perhaps, the second time around, the moderator will have control over the microphones, and each competitor will be in his own soundproof room. Ideally, the vision of each competitor will be automatically turned off as well, if they try to muscle in, out of turn. That way, yes, we may have either courteous debate, or none at all: we can listen to arguments put without any bullsh!t bullying:
