Bazz,
You reckon it'll play out like this ? http://forum.onlineopinion.com.au/thread.asp?discussion=9226#309424 Posted by individual, Monday, 21 September 2020 9:22:30 AM

Hi Bazz,
Kunstler is an avid Trump supporter and has stated that he would do anything to ensure that Trump gets elected. I would take anything this man says with a grain of salt. Posted by Foxy, Monday, 21 September 2020 10:18:59 AM

Actually Foxy, he is a Democrat voter, has been all his life as he has
said many a time. He said he would rather not vote for Trump but the alternative is worse. This is a demonstration of the advantages of preferential voting. Posted by Bazz, Monday, 21 September 2020 10:40:27 AM

Foxy, surely it is not where, [or who], the idea comes from, but whether the idea makes sense that counts.
So the question becomes, do the Democrats really believe that Bidden is up to debating Trump. The logical answer is that he is not, so what can they do about that. Posted by Hasbeen, Monday, 21 September 2020 10:45:29 AM

Dear Bazz,
Check out the man's biography on the web. Dear Hassie, If what Trump says and the way he behaves makes perfect sense to you. That is a bit of a concern. At least Biden does listen to advisers. Posted by Foxy, Monday, 21 September 2020 10:52:27 AM

You heard it here first: Joe Biden will call in “sick” to the
presidential candidates’ debate on Tuesday, September 29, and within
days the Democratic Party will be obliged to replace him.
Enough said for now. Wait for it….
James Kunstler is author of many books on oil, economics and the "Long Emergency".
I can see why this might happen. I saw him on TX the other day and it
was embarrassing to watch. It would be cruel to push him into a full on political campaign.
