Tell me, if I go look at Nova's blog will it try and equate fires before the war to what we are experiencing today? Or will she have taken into account just how large the latest one was in comparison to many of the smaller blazes before the advent of modern fire fighting techniques including fire bombers?

Or will she have cobbled together a collection of news stories from all over the state to make the claim that catastrophic fires have regularly occurred at this time of year in SE Queensland?
